We are now offering online bidding to facilitate customers who cannot attend the sale.

All vendors can now upload video footage and images to our Online Gallery via the Vendor Uploads system HERE

You can upload up to 5 images and a video of 3 mins 30 secs in duration. This must be done in one attempt as each lot cannot be edited or added to thereafter.

At least one image is recommended even if uploading a video.

Uploads must be done in advance of the sale and please refer to our cover letters and emails for closing dates and deadlines for each sale.

Please ensure the details are complete and accurate before submitting as uploads cannot be edited or additional files added in the Vendor Uploads section.

Please ensure you upload the correct lot number which can be found in our catalogue.

A sample video of how your entry should be presented and an example of what your video should include can be seen below:

• Veterinary Certs and/or X-rays can also be uploaded via the Veterinary Uploads link which can be found on the same page, underneath the Media Uploads link. Veterinary uploads can be submitted up to 48hrs prior to the date of sale of that Lot.
